Cancellation Policy

100 % refund if cancelled before 7 days, cancellation within 7-5 days will be 50% charge & cancel within 5 days will full retention charge.
For Group:- 100 % refund if cancelled before 30 days, cancellation within 30-20 days will be 50% charge & cancel within 20 days will full retention charge.

INCLUSIONS

• Traditional welcome with khada (traditional scarf).
• Welcome drink on arrival of guests.
• Free Mineral drinking water will be provided in the guest rooms at check-in only.
• Tea/coffee maker in the room.
• Bathroom slippers and other amenities in the room.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi for all house guests.
• Buffet breakfast will be served in the restaurant (as per the meal plan chosen).
• 24/7 service for guests.

EXCLUSIONS

• Laundry services are excluded, Paid services are available.
• Room Heater Service.
• Kindly note we have paid public parking available.
• Bell Boy service is available for the guests.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

• Guests’ check-in time is 1300 Hrs. Early arrival will be accommodated subject to room availability as per the hotel's policies.
• Original photo identity proof of all guests will be required to be produced during the time of check -in at the Front Desk.
• Guests are requested to check out by 1100 Hrs.

In case of late check-out, there will be additional charges as per hotel policy.

CHILD POLICY

• 0-5 years of children on a complimentary basis.
• For 6-12 years of children, 50% of the meal cost will be charged on planned meals and an extra bed will be chargeable.
• 13 years and above will be considered adults.
